Concert series

One of our first projects has been to establish an Oslo-based concert series. This series will reflect the width of Irish music, and will span everything from Irish traditional music, classical contemporary music to newer folk/popular/jazz genres etc.

So far, we've had a concert starring Phil Coulter as our opening concert. In collaboration with Féile Oslo, we've hosted Kevin Burke's first concert in Norway. The brilliant Avalon String Quartet together with our own Brendan Monaghan held a beautiful New Year's concert. And, of course, we've held two St Patrick's Day concert showcasing local talents like Mná Oslo Irish Choir, Muintir, Sound – Irish Dance Company, Oslo Caledonian Pipe Band, and Salley Gardens.
